Is a power bank included?
No. The scarf plugs into any USB power bank (5V / 2A), like the one you use for your phone, or into a USB charger at home.
How long does the warmth last?
It depends on your power bank. With a 10,000 mAh power bank, expect around 3 hours on the highest setting, and longer on the lower ones.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 7 to 14 business days, with tracking. For Christmas delivery, order by December 5.
Can I pick different colors in a bundle?
Yes. Choose a color for each scarf right on the product page. The bundle discount applies automatically.
Can I wash it?
Yes, by hand, without taking anything apart. Unplug it first and let it dry flat.
