How does the heated scarf work?

A heating panel is built into the back of the scarf, right at your neck. Press the button to turn it on, then choose from 3 heat settings: 113°F, 131°F or 140°F (45, 55 or 60°C). It warms up in seconds.

How is it powered?

It's USB powered: plug it into a power bank (5V / 2A), like the one you use for your phone, or into a USB charger. The power bank is not included.

Can I wash it?

Yes, by hand, without taking anything apart. Unplug it first and let it dry flat before using it again.

How long does shipping take?

Usually 7 to 14 business days after dispatch to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. You'll get a tracking number by email. More details on our Shipping page.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

To get it in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5. After that, we can't guarantee delivery before the holidays.

Do you charge for shipping?

No, shipping is free to the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

Can I return it?
