30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return your scarf, no questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the law of your country.

How to return an item

1. Message us through our Contact page with your order number.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used at checkout.

Faulty or damaged item

If your scarf arrives damaged or doesn't work, send us a photo or a short video. We'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
